Villa Viktorija & Gabrijel offer quality accommodation in the apartments along the seashore in Šparadići, a small settlement located between Primosten and Grebastica. Villa is located in a quiet, tourist place Šparadići in the first and only row to the sea, literally 6 meters from the crystal clear sea! In front of the house is a private beach equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and showers for guest of the villa, and a boat mooring. From the town center, the house is about 200m away, while the most important tourist facilities (restaurants, shops, etc.) are about 2km away.

Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Grebaštica, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and boaters.

The accommodation is offered in three modernly furnished and equipped apartments for 4-5, 6-8 and 2 persons. Each apartment is on a separate floor, so the privacy of the guest is guaranteed.

Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room, one or more bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a spacious terrace that offers an unbeatable view of the Adriatic Sea.

Guests of the apartments have on use a large common terrace with sea view and the possibility to use a barbecue facilities, a private beach equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and showers, a boat mooring and parking space on the private parking lot of the house.

In its background, this villa has a centuries-old pine wood, which provides refreshments during the hottest summer days.

Šparadići is a small tourist destination located on a half way between Šibenik and Primošten. Sparadici is surrounded by beautiful beaches and numerous secluded coves, and there for are visited by many tourists. The entire area is covered with pine trees that partly extend al the way to the shore, providing with thick shade even during the hottest summer days
Sparadici is a great starting point for many excursions, located near two national parks, and the cities of Primosten (10 km)  and Sibenik (15 km) offer plenty of entertainment and events throughout the season. There is no additional content in the place, but you can get everything needed in the nearby Grebastica.

Grebaštica is a settlement located in the bay of Oštrica peninsula, about 15 km from the town. Grebaštica is a popular tourist destination that delivers the natural beauty of Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear sea and is surely an ideal destination for a peaceful and pleasant vacation.
